A 3-Stage Filter for Executive Partnership

Instructions: Use this checklist during the first 90 days of interaction. Do not overlook "System Errors" in hopes of a future "Patch."

STAGE 1: THE INTEGRITY SCAN (Days 1–30)

  •  Consistency: Do his actions match his verbal commitments 100% of the time?

  •  Social Conduct: Does he treat service staff and subordinates with baseline respect?

  •  Transparency: Is he open with his phone/location, or are there "Encrypted" sections of his life?

  •  The Stress Test: How does he react when a minor plan changes or goes wrong?

STAGE 2: THE COMPETENCE AUDIT (Days 31–60)

  •  Provisioning Instinct: Does he take the lead on planning and funding dates?

  •  Legacy Strategy: Can he articulate a 5-year and 10-year professional vision?

  •  Resource Allocation: Does he invest in assets (growth) or liabilities (status symbols)?

  •  Social Standing: Is he respected by other high-value men in his peer group?

STAGE 3: THE COMPATIBILITY SYNC (Days 61–90)

  • Conflict Resolution: Does he use "I" statements, or does he resort to "The Four Horsemen" (Criticism, Contempt, Defensiveness, Stonewalling)?

  •  Biological Alignment: Does he want the same family/legacy structure as you?

  •  The Peace Index: Do you feel more regulated and calm after spending time with him?

  •  The Protection Signal: Has he taken a tangible action to ensure your safety or comfort?

ALGORITHM VERDICT:

  • 12/12 Checkmarks: High-Yield Asset. Proceed to Commitment Phase.

  • 8–11 Checkmarks: Proceed with Caution. Identify "Bugs" and monitor.

  • < 8 Checkmarks: System Failure. Terminate Project immediately.
